Doesn’t Do Anything

I downloaded this App. Clicked it to open it. It asks me to: “Select Home Folder”. And it said I only need to do that once. I did that and it did nothing. So I closed it and restarted it. It asked me to: “Select Home Folder”. The only thing I can guarantee that this program does is ask you to : “Select Home Folder”. And it will do it over & over again. Can I get my money back. It was FREE. But its not worth that much.
